How long does an order take?
Most catalogue pieces ship in 3–5 days. Custom work usually takes 3–7 days once the design is settled.
Can I get a piece in a different colour or size?
Almost always, yes. Message us with what you want changed and we will confirm whether it works and what it costs.
Do you ship across India?
Yes. Shipping is calculated by weight and destination, and we confirm it with your quote before anything is printed.
Do I need a 3D file for a custom order?
No. A photo, a sketch or a clear description is enough to start. We handle the modelling.
How do I pay?
We share payment details over WhatsApp once the order is confirmed. UPI is easiest.
